Returns and Refunds

At Ideaworx SA (Pty) Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-manufactured products that meet our clients’ unique specifications and brand requirements. Due to the nature of our business and the types of products we supply, we maintain a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

Custom-Manufactured and Hygiene Products

As our products are custom-made to client specifications and often fall within the personal hygiene product category, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has commenced or goods have been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the integrity, hygiene, and safety standards of all our products.

Exceptions

We understand that errors can occasionally occur, and we are committed to resolving such issues promptly and fairly. Exceptions to our no-return policy apply in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Product Supplied: If the item delivered is clearly different from the product ordered.

  • Artwork or Branding Errors: If the product does not match the approved client artwork or design proof supplied before production.

In such cases, Ideaworx SA (Pty) Ltd will investigate the issue and, once verified, will supply the correct product at no additional cost to the client.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for review under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Provide the following details to assist us in resolving the matter quickly:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the product received

Our team will assess the matter and communicate the next steps within a reasonable timeframe.
